IT Introduces HEAT Electronic Board
The APS Information Technology Department has introduced a new information tool called the HSS Banner. The banner is an electronic board where HEAT users can view system-wide IT messages about specific school or districtwide technology issues. The banner will provide a quick point of reference for APS staff to learn about issues ranging from phone or power outages at a specific location to district-related email or network issues.
To view the HEAT banner, system users will simply log into HEAT Self-Service. The most recent notices will appear at the top of the page in either green or red text. For more information, call the Help Desk at ext. 28203.
