Information Technology enables student achievement by providing technology solutions for the entire APS educational community.
On April 25, 2011 the Information Technology department is replacing ServiceWare with Heat Plus Knowledge (HPK). Consolidating to a single software application reduces APS annual software costs and simplifies software management.
HPK is a searchable knowledgebase for many of the common hardware and software questions you may have. Using HPK you can print out help sheets, search by software type, hardware issues or specific questions.
All links to ServiceWare on APSNET will be updated with the new Heat Plus Knowledge link on April 22nd.
